  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder

  • 1 can (410g) baked beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Seasoning (garlic, BBQ spice, herb seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan.
  2. Fry onions and green peppers until translucent.
  3. Add curry powder and fry for a minute.
  4. Stir in grated carrots and fry for another minute.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and your preferred seasoning.
  6. Cover the pan and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the can of baked beans and stir well.
  8. Cover the pan again and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Adjust seasoning to taste.
